Refunds & Returns

  • Once order confirm on website , Our inhouse delivery department will collect the parcel from store and start processing. Handover to Courier (as selected in cart will be done twice a day) we have strong logistic team with capacity to produce shipping reciept within one hour (1Hr) during working hours 365days a year.
  • All items must be paid in full before we process the delivery.
  • We use verious courier services for all delivery to ASEAN countries and West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart.
  • To track your order status, use the “Order Tracking” link on our website by entering the Order number.

Refunds & Returns

1. We do manual and thorough inspection before deliver your product. However, Songket is known product to be handled as handmade and we are commited to keep the tradition alive shifting it to machines might elimianted printing errors however it will kill the spirit. Let us offer you an immidiate replacement once you mention a faulty (One in hundreds peace.) Plese let us know within 3 days of product recieved.
2. Items that are qualify for refund/exchange are those that was due to mentioned reason i.e sending the wrong products or product which has different specification from what you have ordered. If the product faulty, please capture a clear picture and send us by smart text (WhatsApp / web messenger).

Return Policy

As each item is custom made to order, returns are only accepted if the item is damage on arrival or if the wrong item was received. If this does occur, please contact us within 36 hours. Item must be returned unworn and in its original condition.
